My dad, who owns a professional painting service, knows Mike and had collaborated with him on a few projects in the past. My parents referred me to Mike and L&M Hardwood Floors to get my floors sanded and refinished… They did a great job and even threw in two free coats of polyuerthane… I was told not to enter the room for 3 days so it could dry. In checking the floors near the door, it seemed dry enough, so I had to enter the room and check it out. After leaving the room, much to my horror, were my boot prints! DOH! Upon calling Mike and apologizing profusely, HE was the one who OFFERED ME to fix it!!! I was floored (pun intended)! It was 100% my mistake and I was ready to put in a few hundred dollars to get it fixed, but the guy was great enough to offer the fix for free. Needless to say, I listened to him this time and my floors dried as they should without my bootprints. You can’t beat that kind of service.
